Yes, you own the Xbox console purchased with Xbox All Access.
Yes! And there's no need to wait for your current membership to expire. If you’re already a Game Pass Ultimate member with a prepaid balance of less than 12 months, your current Ultimate time will stack with the 24 months of Ultimate that is included with Xbox All Access. If your prepaid balance is more than 12 months, please wait until your existing membership has a prepaid balance that is less than 12 months before redeeming the 24-month Ultimate membership through Xbox All Access. You will be unable to redeem with more than 12 prepaid months of Game Pass Ultimate because an account can only have a maximum of 36 months at any time.
If you're already a Game Pass Core, Standard, Console or PC member, or an EA Play member, any days remaining in your membership(s) will be converted to Game Pass Ultimate at the current conversion ratio when you redeem the 24-month Game Pass Ultimate membership and will be added to your Game Pass Ultimate membership up to a maximum of 36 months.

If you redeemed the 24-month Game Pass Ultimate membership prior to returning your Xbox All Access purchase, the 24 months of Game Pass Ultimate will be removed from your account at time of return. Note, once your existing Game Pass (Core, Standard, Console or PC) or EA Play membership is converted to Game Pass Ultimate, those memberships cannot be unconverted.
Your 24-month Game Pass Ultimate membership is delivered directly to your console. Redeem it during initial console setup or later in the Settings app.
To redeem during initial set-up:
- As you set up your new console, you’ll be prompted to redeem the Digital Direct offers that come with it. If you decide not to redeem them then, the offers remain on the console until they’re redeemed.
To redeem after set-up in Settings app:
- Select Settings Account > Included with this Xbox to see an overview of and redemption status of any Digital Direct offers included with your console.
- Press the Xbox button to open the guide, and then select My games & apps > See all > Full Library, and then look under Available offers to see your offers.
If you do not see an option to redeem Game Pass Ultimate through initial set-up and/or through the Settings app, please perform a reset of your console in order to be prompted to claim your services. When resetting your console, please start by selecting Reset and keep my games & apps. If the issue remains, please contact the partner from where you purchased Xbox All Access. They’ll need to verify your Xbox All Access account, console serial number, and determine next steps. You may need to perform a full factory reset. For this reason, it is recommended you do not download any games until your account is verified.

With Xbox All Access, you are purchasing the console and the entire 24-month Game Pass Ultimate membership from the partner at the time of purchase. The purchase is subject to the partner’s return policy. Please contact your Xbox All Access partner for more details about returns.
No. The Game Pass Ultimate membership is included in the Xbox All Access purchase. You cannot cancel your membership and reduce your monthly payment.
Your console and controller/accessories are under Microsoft’s Limited Hardware Warranty (https://support.microsoft.com/warranty), the duration of this warranty remains the same regardless of length of financing.
