The Spitfire LF Mk IXe is one of the most advanced Merlin-type Spitfires, with this variant belonging to Ezer Weizman, a wartime pilot who would go on to become the 7th president of Israel. This Spitfire is a highly regarded variant, featuring impressive speed and climb rate while still retaining the excellent maneuverability that made the aircraft family famous. The “E” wing type is equipped with two 20 mm and two 12.7 mm guns, along with some ground weaponry. Aside from the standard 250 lb bombs, it can carry up to sixteen unique 8-cm Flz.-Rakete HEAT rockets under the wings, which will make short work of any armored vehicle in your way!
