Depot & Southern-Route Add-On contains: Tram depot with a loop circuit, storage halls, two sidetracks, manual branching switches, and two access points. Four new stations with multiple stops, including a new end-station with a drive-through track. Two new access points to the expanded area: Northern access between Rathausplatz, Unterer Ring, and Igor-Yurkevic-Platz. Southeastern access between Eglundsdorf, Löwenstraße, and Stadtgraben.
