I have Xbox Game Pass—why can’t I get Perks?

Perks are an added benefit for Game Pass Ultimate members only. To enjoy Perks, you can upgrade your existing Game Pass membership and join Ultimate at xbox.com/gamepass .

I made a mistake—I became a Game Pass Ultimate member to take advantage of the bonus codes, but I am not eligible for one or more of them. Can I get a refund on Xbox Game Pass?
